Per i fanatici Led Zeppelin, questa caratteristica 1.976 The Song Remains the Same è un tesoro di bruciante esibizioni dal vivo, particolarmente gradita alla luce della scarsità triste di tale materiale visivo da dieci grandi della band. Nonostante la stanchezza strada del gruppo dopo un lungo tour, il loro finale, stand di tre notti al Madison Square Garden nel 1973 era pieno del vecchio potere. Prestazioni di "No Quarter", "Whole Lotta Love", "Black Dog", "Dazed and Confused", e "Stairway to Heaven" sottolineare carisma Zep. Il guaio è che non si ottiene una performance ininterrotta qui.
