Ray ipoteca la fattoria e costruisce un diamante. Tutti lo prendono per matto, ma la magia riesce. Da quel giorno molti altri campioni affollano il campo di casa Kinsella e, per ultimo, Ray riesce anche a giocare col proprio padre.
